Still thinking about this.
So, LRS can wait to have ECOLOCAP's contract end and they may pick up the line. No buyout needed. LRS is a regional company, but they could spread their wings and promote this products. I bet they have more money than Kwak and the expertise at this point..

For the record, I'd rather be wrong in these scenarios, just saying...
