I understand what you are saying now. That is not what the PR said, but that probably is what most likely will happen when the MMs correct the value of the O/S.
My point is that if RPH is heading for NASDAQ, why would he do a forward split instead of a reverse split. A reverse split would give the shares a higher price with less shares. Now CSHD will be .30/share?(for argument sake because it's easy to work with the # 6) with more shares.
How will RPH get a NASDAQ listing with that price?
