anyway with the legislative window closing.. the admin is free to do their deeds w/o/ fear of impacting other non-gse legislation

next couple months is what i've been hearing.. the recap will take about a year... but it starts now basically.. not sure if it's before june or around july.

i am not disgruntled at this point.. just killing time.. sad to say that i'm the boy who cried wolf.. yeah.. but ... i wish i had more on this at this point... but no one cares
