First of all in order to file a case, You must show You have Standing and since you do not own shares, Your case will get dismissed.

Class action, ha, you will need more than a few disgruntled posters here to be granted Class Action Status.

You may need a Quorum and that my friend is more than 3. LOL

So Bring it On!! Muddy!!!
