Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 25, 2018) - One World Lithium Inc. (CSE: OWLI) (the " Company") today is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement up to 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 (the " Offering"). All funds are stated in Canadian dollars.

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a " Common Share") and one-half of a non-transferable Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a " Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.25 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the Offering.
