The likely reason is to convince the sheeple.....

that there is some sort of share reduction coming. It appears to be working, yet there has been no SS update since last year, which is on the aprullc website. Time and time again I have been told the aprullc website isn’t current, but all I get are vague references to PR’s and the like.

The aprullc website shows TA docs. That’s what we need to see. Not vague filings like....we’re preparing to accept terms.

But if they need liquidity and need to sell 95%, then that suggest the FINS won’t support the current market cap which at the least is $500MM, but probably more.

Classic pump and dump. But hey, good job at convincing novices 17K cases worth $1MM in sales justifies the current market cap.

Even if they go to St. Louis and have a great meeting, it won’t generate $10’s or even $100’s of millions is sales overnight. That takes a huge sales team and tremendous marketing.
