Here’s how it “should” happen. Jmho

1) LEI number is set (Legal Entity)
2) Cusip numbers match NVSOS & OTC
3) Attorney Prof William Aul has been engaged for months
4) Finra gives companies advance heads up. Schwab portfolio accts now showing GIFA INC under FRFS symbol.
5) I figure Gifa was notified and set the date for the Official PR to coincide with symbol change
6) Official PR should address the 3 companies purchased, plans to file with the SEC and go current and announce they are the 2nd Turkish Company on the US stock exchange.
Any hints to assets and value would be great.
