The "Stamford people" will be the prime contractor and will finance the production of the chips needed for the substations of which there are 40K in the USA & 200k overseas. Contacts advise that there will be a 3 day meeting next week with them to finalize details and I believe there will be a major news release in early Nov. The meeting will be very broad in scope IMHO. Many divisions will be attending. The Earthlink deal will be great since they are losing thousands of customers daily and need the TKO technology ASAP for Hi speed internet service. ELNK is has now made a deal with Direct TV for the video part. Trendwest is also big, they will service 18000 rooms in their timeshare units. FYI no guidance can be given on any VAR deal such as EALK, Trendwest. Again IMO there will be some revenue in 4th qtr with much more in 1st qtr 2007. Walrus
