You have the wrong TransAsia.

You posted TransAsia Commodities Ltd - I checked the New York Court System - the judgment is in favour of TransAsia Commodities Investment Limited.

I wanted to double check to make sure what is the confusion I downloaded the judgment.

Check docket 738 of the New York Court System

On the top is says "TransAsia Commodities Investment Limited"

Body of the text:
" After almost four years of litigation, judgment on liability was granted in favor of Plaintiff, TransAsia Commodities Investment Limited ("Plaintiff")"

it does not matter to me - I was thinking of buying no more.

You should check your information - seems like lots of false information these days. I believe in the Court System signed by the New York County Clerk.

Think you should check again your facts - i will concede if I am wrong - but for now the facts seem to indicate you are very much wrong!
