I finally had the opportunity to discuss some of my questions with Jim Sims. Unfortunately, he cannot say very much. However, what he said sounded reassuring:

The independent market reviews for Sc and Nb have been completed and are being reviewed. As has already been assumed on this board, these reviews were a standard element of due diligence for project financing.

While Jim was unable to speculate on the timeline for project financing, he reassured me that the process is moving forward on multiple tracks.

The testing of Scandium alloy in conjunction with IBC is ongoing and they are working to refine optimal alloy chemistries and their sales and marketing strategies. I got the impression that it is unlikely that we will hear anything on the issue in the very near future, as it would be detrimental to NB/IBC and/or potential long-term investors to reveal business strategies to potential competitors too early in the process.

I just decided not to look at the pps on a daily basis and to abstain from posting on this board until major news hit the headlines.
