with sincere gratitude & a hat tip to yahoo board poster "Karl" [aka "Anonymous"] who also posted:

Mudrick vs. Globalstar - A one (1) day trial is now scheduled for 7/3/18 at 9:15am in the Court of Chancery, 500 N. King St., Wilmington, DE. Judge: Tamika Montgomery-Reeves...

... On May 23rd, Judge Montgomery-Reeves cancelled a hearing scheduled for May 25th regarding a "Motion to Expedite" handling of Mudrick's Complaint - summarily GRANTING that motion, as was unsuccessfully opposed by Globalstar. The judge wrote that upon considering papers submitted by both parties, she found a hearing was "unnecessary" prior to granting Mudrick's Motion to Expedite.

Mudrick's Complaint essentially is a request that the Court enforce his access (as a stockholder) to books and records pertaining to the merger, related valuations and apparent conflicts of interest by involved parties; records that had been properly requested by Mudrick of Globalstar, pursuant to DE statutes, but were not provided in a timely manner to Mudrick by Globalstar. It seems a well-argued position - note extensive details in the Complaint, as were not fully reported in "mainstream media."

Mudrick's legal team (listed on last page of Complaint) seems "top shelf."

Thanks again Karl [aka "Anonymous"]!
