OTC explains what YIELD and STOP signs mean--->

LIMITED INFORMATION(i.e. BLDV)

Designed for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy, that make the limited information they have publicly available. Companies in this category have limited financial information not older than six months available on www.otcmarkets.com or on the SEC's EDGAR system.

The last disclosure CEO Alper filed was for Q4 2017. Since 6 months has not yet elapsed, BLDV has been slapped with a "YIELD" sign due to his not filing (a) the required annual attorney opinion letter and (b) Q1 2018.

Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide current disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group. This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky.

Once 6 moths elapses since the last disclosure BLDV will be hit with the dreaded "STOP" sign.

NEW RULES

For the last 10+ years, the OTC Markets Group has been on a mission to increase the transparency of their markets. A recent step towards increased transparency became effective earlier this month.

As of March 9, 2017, periodic 8-K/6-K filings made through the SEC’s EDGAR system are no longer considered sufficient to qualify for the Pink Limited Information category.

If a company has not filed financial reports within the last 6 months, they will now be moved to the Pink No Information category, or “Stop Sign”.

In the past, many “SEC Reporting” companies have avoided the dreaded “Stop Sign” designation by filing occasional 8-Ks while being substantially late on 10-Q and 10-K requirements.

On March 9th, 227 companies were downgraded to Pink No Information as a direct result of the change in OTC Markets’ disclosure standards.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
