Yeah, this was the OLD CEO of the company that did nothing with it! I spoke to Joe about this and he was saying that this guy took the old company and did nothing with it. He actually disappeared off the face of the earth, so no one knows what happened to him. So, two years later Joe takes it back. Joe said he did not even register the control block, so that is still out there in the wind.
