the reason it won't happen for some months afterwards, is they will have some defined targets that they want to achieve, bringing shareholder value, bringing the Stock Price up considerably so that when the RS is implemented traders will not want to dump but will hold as the stock price escalates after the RS because of lower SS.
BYSD has thought things through quite well going forward
we are dealing with a CEO that knows how stock price works and how to make it go higher and keep shareholders
