Right on the mark...

I agree with everything you stated.

If this is moving up and financing is available through Impact or the US markets (equity), there is enough pie for everyone. Meaning a "deal" makes sense

Example, if the converters are frozen out with 20% of the company. Might not look like much now when its worth 700k, but 20% of 100 million market cap is 20 million dollars.

I was doing some rough numbers and even assuming a straight equity raise that diluted existing shareholders we might lose 50-60% or more of gains but still from .0001 where we started to a reasonable market cap we have a 50 bagger or more.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
