Thanks Sutt!(I knew you could handle it ;)
I am not 100% sure (of anything really) but if those documents are what I think they are and if Bates bought some of that stock back we could be in even better position than I originally thought.
Just some speculation based on what we think we know..
When I first came here we had no idea of ImpactPPA coming along, nor of the massive amount of business potential that would bring.
My initial thought was WSTI had a market cap (inflated) of 160 million and was selling at a market cap of 230,000 or so when I got here . I figured a workout of the problems (which have never been that big, I mean 5-10 million is chump change in the investment world now), I figured it would be a 100-1 move from .0001 to .01
Then after more dilution that we tracked I figured more of a 50 or 60 to 1 move from .0001 to .0050to.0060
But I was basing all this on a more normalized not pumped market cap.
And before ImpactPPA existed.
Assuming the old market cap as a possibility 160 million/3.5 billion shares -= .0457 per share or a 457 bagger from the .0001 price
If half the O/S stock was repurchased that would be a 900 bagger
This is not even counting anything from ImpactPPA or a market cap any higher than the original value back a few years back..
Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
