Hey- I want the stock to do well too. I'm thinking strictly on the basis that servicing one potentially huge market is better than going out into a bunch of (very) small ones. I think NYC can change on a dime, depending on political winds.

There are interesting documents to read (if you haven't already) involving the family interest in this one, along with the painful NYC regulations/lease agreements that hurt them so badly.
