PNTV daily chart: The price just started closing over the downtrend line on Friday. Personally, i like to see a more convincing move through heavy resistance, so ill hold back from saying its a technical breakout at this point....
However, i dont see it needing much to smash it through .05 now, which will start a cascading momo, with or without news... but since we know news is likely coming soon, id say theres strong odds that it sees a nice gain near term...
