yes it is bad but not for the short term. it was good for blum Oakland but not good long term for trtc. how many agricultural companies build grows in city's outside of the pot community? all the successful farmers i talk to and the biggest watermelon farmer in the country has breakfast at the same place i do everyday. his number one rule is cost of land. trtc is paying way to much for farm land cheaper options in cali are out there. just a poor chose from a company that cant control its spending. chooses like the 13k sq ft build in oakland is why trtc will struggle.
