There's no "new management" until you see it posted on the Wyoming SOS website. Eddie last entry was in January when he switched the name from Luxuriant Holdings back to Protek Capital.

For some weird reason Eddie keeps posting BS on his various Facebook pages. A quick look at the comments show just how hated he is. For years he has screwed everyone he ever met which is why people go out of their way to warn others about him.
