so the way ImpactPPA uses Windstream pics in their marketing (is the banner of their Twitter page) got me thinking ..is there reality in the possibility of the grand plan being ImpactPPA going public through lets say the acquisition of WSTI? as in a reverse merger? w/ all the obvious connections ..could that be the "solid" "thorough" plan? just a thought from someone who is not business savvy, at all
