No, you don't need to be a premium member. Now go here and upload your snipped image:

(You may want to rename the image before you do so.) Then click on "choose file" and choose that file. And then click on "upload".

The image will appear in the column to your left. There'll be two URLs. Choose the one that begins with [chart ], copy it, and paste it into the post your want to embed the image in.
