I've been researching Mr. Read and searching the Secretary of State Databases in California, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, and New York. Also anything else I can find. In Nevada, they let the name reservation for Teraforge expire. It is active in Arizona. I also came across this interesting article where he was under SEC Investigation in 2011...
