He is listed all over the place as CEO...red chip, investor kit, Bloomberg you name it. If he were really trying to cover his tracks he would have addressed all of these. I used to think it was because there was some secret plan and all of the miscues were just semantics that would work themselves out. It is now painfully obvious that he is just lazy and has no plan.
