Not at all surprised. Changing ownership of assets makes everything harder to trace and takes longer. It is a time game. Randall is delaying and stalling as much as possible.

Why let people think you are a crook when you can publish a financial statement and remove all doubt? Do you expect the financial statement to be published before the next one is due?
