The trip to penny runners run due to them having something to offer that most other companies dont...some run due to dilution ending, some run due to the company finally showing profitable moves, others may run due to a merger or acquisition...

Now lets consider what this has to offer...

No dilution per the filings

Acquisition closing next week

2 additional acquisitions coming

And the company is currently pulling a profit

Sounds like all the right ingredients for a mega runner to me!!!!
