KS, the reason why I feel that the dumpage could end soon is because all of the shares issued the past 2 months were settled for $0.55. IOW, they had 2 months already to clean up the mess, force TRW to repay some debt, etc. And during this period they announced a cash dividend policy. Which of course could be a really desperate move, but still.
