That is one likely scenario, especially if the dumping continues.

It is not given though - if too many people are on the sidelines (which might not be the case) then there might be a rush at some point, and that might very well be before autumn - especially if the dumping ends.

However, I guess we can't expect the TRW-dividend (or parts of it) before the Q2-report - even as a best case, so that trigger is delayed for three months.

We still have the TRW-loan as a potential trigger, but unless they have something in the CC (which might not be worth anything anyways since the spun this so hard in the CC Q3) this shouldn't affect the PPS either.

Not sure when/if the pre-IPO is supposed to take place, i.e if that is a possible trigger before the Q2-report.

I guess the only remaining reason (besides not waiting too late) is if SIAF has been able to attract new buyers. And then we might have "end of dumping" as a trigger lol (jikes)
