You are absolutely right, another Form 4 filed by our CEO CSmith today. The Form 4 states "Date of Earliest Transaction (MM/DD/YYYY) 5/23/2018 " and it is for 228,100 more shares purchased on the open market between 5/23/2018 and 5/25/2018. What our CEO is doing is taking the shares from the weak hands and securing them in that Famous "Lock Box" where they will stay until he has taken us to where we all want PKTX to be. Go PKTX!!!
