I'm thinking there is nothing to get Parsi on. He might be a bit like a used car salesman, but he plays his game. LOI's never meant anything. But I'm sure they had them. The PPS at .25 or whatever the price was, I have always felt was an organised pump. People made a ton on this and unfortunately many lost.
