Mandla J. Gwadiso is with Palewater Advisory Group. Arcaro has dealt with them before. As I understand it Arcaro transfers control to Mandla Gwadiso who then immediately transfers to their client who in this case is our new CEO Mr Ibeto.

As I said before no 8K on alternative reporting companies.
