Representatives from an investment firm representing TROV in this matter have been phoning shareholders (of significant holdings?) to request they vote their shares by this Tuesday evening, 5/29/2018, in support of current proposals, including the right to reverse-split the stock, stating that TROV could be delisted and forced to trade on a "lesser" exchange if this doesn't pass. I suppose that delisting could do greater harm to the stock price than the reverse split, or maybe not? No recommendation here from me, just sayin'.
