Did UMAX hire penniesgonewild.com to put out a press release and to help pump the stock price or did the penniesgonewild.com crew just front load the stock then run the PR themselves to help push the stock onto others?

According to the PR, penniesgonewild.com claims they were not compensated so I think the safe bet is that they front loaded the stock and are now telling others to buy without disclosing their ownership or plans on selling (this is called scalping and it is considered a form of securities fraud).

penniesgonewild.com is the group that has recently been involved in some bogus press releases on dead tickers like with BKEN, TNKE, TSRI, NHPI, and possibly others.

They are headed down a very dangerous path that hopefully catches up with them soon.
