Well, tell that to all the bag holders that come along in 2 years time or more...? To allow potentially 'criminal' activity (i.e. money laundering) to occur for those lengths of time is shameful. Time for them to stop pretending they give a damn about common shareholders & close up shop. They are like the IRS and pick and choose when & whom they want to attack. Not evenhandedly or fairly but when they want to. That's all I'm saying...the SEC is not here for our protection...
