Russell Rebalancing awaits: with a market cap over $300M, Cryoport is well positioned to be included in the Russell 2000 when it rebalances in June. There are also rumors of potential inclusion in other indexes. Typically, this can mean that somewhere between 2-5% of the outstanding shares will be gobbled up by indexers. Some smart ones (and smart broker/dealers as well) will buy in advance of the date of inclusion. This could very well be happening.
