sorry I was referring to the S1.
To become effective there will be another S1.

*ASSUMING* it is filed after hours today. Then there will be no trading until Tue.
It is possible to have an off market trade this weekend.

How did the S1 filing (5/24) help shareholders ( Ergomed is a shareholder )????

Doing the S1 on 5/29 *may* have been better for shareholders.
Will Ergomed sell shares before 5/29 ??
