If some of those MJ stocks can go from dud (under .004) to stud (over a $1)off of hype that they may actually be profitable one day. This can go off of hype of receiving money that was stolen from them for years after they had already become an established profitable business. The guilt party would not have had anything to steal in the first place if they didn't see a constant flow of profit coming in.
Kind of like in "Trading Places" with Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy where the dukes did everything to destroy Louis and once they stole his money he was defenseless and unable to rally support to get back o, his feet. But yet once he had someone on his side to be able to help him make money moves, he was back in the running.
