Not necessary. Instead we will be doing just the opposite for uplisting to NASDAQ next year.
Also, We have 73 million shares left, which in 2 months time will be valued over $.20. That's $14.6 million if they were even to need, and they aren't planning on issuing more shares.

Selling shares at $.019 prior to run to $.26 would have been my biggest failure. Glad it wasn't me!! ;-)
