Hello Putz:

Well, the gap was closed. Now what?

Hopefully we receive an update from Niocorp in conjunction with IBC in relation to the creation of a new scandium/aluminum alloy. That should happen before the end of May. If IBC does not complete the creation of a new alloy, we need to find someone to sign an agreement for some of our Scandium.

Soon we should also receive an update on the Nordium analysis. Those results should upgrade all of the important numbers from the FS.

Both of these items must be completed before the finance is complete. In my opinion that is.
