That looks like total nonsense, completely false. EVTI has NO bid, and there’s not a snowball’s chance that Gannon Giguiere is going to pay for THREE years of SEC FILINGS. Despite the false claims, nothing has changed. The website and Whois hasn’t changed. The EVTI Twitter account was cancelled immediately since it was a FAKE bold attempt to manipulate the stock and its investors. Typical Gannon Giguiere.

FYI, EVTI has not filed in years, they are in serious jeopardy of being suspended.
