Here's the main point tyler... this is still part of a major Chinese Jinbo conglomerate with huge plans for expansion that has yet to show its cards. Fidlers son receives another 12K shares payment for services... I see that as a major positive!

Oh, and BTW NO DILUTION. These fins might reflect no activity but 1st quarter will be different-
