ONCI - I'm in (first time; even though generally I run cycles on familiar tickers)
followed a year - can explode short term but also has long term potential; revs kick in (finally) big time; SS decent and no RS stated by CEO; contracts signed

if it drops a bit I front load heavily to flip...if not I will hold my decent position until 3-20 cent (typical max run)
