Well the "filings" came to a halt. That being said the past 2 years have been ALL ZERO'S, which would just be a function of PAYING a FEE to get them filed because there's NOTHING to AUDIT!!! The bag holders should be thankful of the Skull & Crossbones, because there's about $500,000.00 in defaulted convertible debt waiting to DUMPED!!!
