It depends on how quickly they issue more convertibles and such (OS increase). For what I hear, any PR indicating dilution here on OTC is a catalyst for a red run.

I definitely think it's possible though if positive news outweighs the pacing for the issuing of more shares.

I would think even more is possible, but again, all depends on how the next two 10Qs turn out. Especially 3rd quarter in 6 months from now and 10K in 9. that will give us a solid sense of whether or not they can manage turning around BSF and Jamestown.

In the mix is potential spin-off news. Can't say on when, but it's been considered many times. Now with their AS increase given, debt restructuring in place, potential to raise more funds for other acquisitions, spin-off definitely more likely.

Then there is any possible partnerships (i.e. Ballad Health), but this is very speculative and no signs of interest between the two parties to work together. But something to keep in mind going forward.
