You look at this from your experience and professional business practices. There is no one within sbfm with either of those attributes. The reason this has survived, is on the backs on uninformed investors.

Their overall reputation is beyond damaged. That's why they cannot secure funding. According to years of articles, none of which can be confirmed, they have secured millions in funding, and have zero show for it. They robbed too many investors over the years. Their only way forward, is to tank the sbfm ne, logo, etc......and start fresh. Which conveniently enough....nox pharma emerges, and we have yet to get an understand of what it's purpose is.....i can make a guess, but I don't know either.

And lastly, I still cant understand the arrangement or values given for atlas. Was there a valuation, EBITA, audited financials? Or just what they felt like paying a personal friend CEO, then tank the shareholders value?
