Yes the Marshall's have been screwing the long time shareholders with his worthless promises and projections while they lined their own pockets by taking salaries and expense reimbursements until they quit and entered into a separation agreement to benefit themselves expecting to be paid knowing that the company never had enough revenue to pay the debt they arranged for them selves.

Sounds like a fraud to me just reading about these detailes on this board by long suffering shareholders.
