What a Bargain.... Slap that RXMD ask...

We are controlled by our current officers, directors, and principal stockholders.
Currently, our directors, executive officers, and principal stockholders beneficially own a majority of the voting
control of the Company. Thus, they will be able to exert substantial influence over the election of our board of directors and the vote on issues submitted to our stockholders.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
