I have no idea where you studied business 101 but it isn't accurate - a company without any revenue - without and products - without any patents - why do they need to hire a paid pumper for $7 million.

The gifting of the stock was part of the fraud - Friedland was a well known scammer/pumper at the time as I pointed out - OWCP jumps in bed with many bottom feeders such as Friedland and Newbridge.
