Why don't you post those transcrips of the ERHC shareholder meeting that you claim were sent to you. Everyone would love to see them since they were never publicly released to anybody else.

Below is what I posted on the day following the meeting. I stand by exactly what I said, would testify to it under oath in a court of law and would take a lie detector test to further prove its accuracy. I doubt anyone at ERHC would do the same. And, by the way, anything from anybody that wasn't even there is heresay which makes it worthless.

OK. Those in attendance for ERHC were Ntephe, Odobulu, Reginald Sewell and Michael Shafie who is the Senior Geoscientist. I got there about 30 minutes early, checked in with the two receptionists out front where I showed them my ID and told them the name of my broker. They looked me up in some shareholder list and told me to go on in.

I was the only person in the room for about 20 minutes. There were two chairs at the speakers table up front and 24 chairs facing them for everyone else. They had water, coffee(decaf and regular) and exactly 22 cookies. I speculated that they probably bought 2 dozen but that somebody probably ate two before I got there. I ate one myself and got a glass of water. The cookie and water represented the best return on my investment that I've gotten on ERHC thus far.

I think the couple shareholders filed in next, followed by the 2 auditors, followed by the other shareholder, followed by the 4 company representatives. Total attendance, 10 people.

They called the meeting to order. Asked if everyone had voted. I had. Others filled out a proxy and then they announced the preliminary results of the reverse split vote which passed overwhelmingly. End of business meeting.

Then came the presentation which essentially blamed all of EHRC's problems on the decline in oil prices which they claimed nobody could have forseen. And they also blamed it on the failure to find oil in the JDZ. I bit my tongue knowing damn well that if you don't plan for downturns in the oil industry you will be crushed because they happen frequently and well-run companies plan for it instead of making excuses. End of presentation. Nothing new.

Then they actually allowed some questions. Ntephe and Sewell sat up front but Sylvan and Shafie also participated in the answers to some degree. See following post for some of the questions and answers.
