Nice other confirmation that:
1) delays are due to the difficulty to make "everyone happy"
2) there is a wish to go forward with the revised project
3) The projected deadline for construction of this project is 36 months-- something has to happen soon...


we have all been expecting news for quite a long time... I would say we should have something anytime soon....
